“Didn’t belive it”

It was possible for someone to do something like that.

We just didn’t want to believe it.

We didn’t want to believe that someone could do something like that.

Something so gruesome most of us couldn’t even imagine it.

And had I not seen it with my own eyes I wouldn’t have believed what she did.

In a sense, I was lucky to have been there and seen it.

Because seeing what she’d done gave me the motivation to send her away.

To get her convicted was now my only objective.

And nothing was going to stop me.
