“Faith”

I tried to pray on it.

But there was no answer.

He didn’t answer me this time, just as he’d never answered me before.

I didn’t know if that was because he didn’t like me.

Or if he simply didn’t exist.

I could feel that my faith was slipping.

I was questioning everything I had been taught.

And all because he wouldn’t answer me.

Wouldn’t answer me now just as he’d never answered me before.

I don’t know what to do.

I’m questioning my faith and all I need is one sign.

Something that will show me that I’m not wrong.

That everything I’ve been taught hasn’t been a lie.
