I didn’t know what I did wrong.
And I didn’t want to ask.
I didn’t care.
In my head, I had done the right thing.
And none was going to change that belief.
I was right.
In my head I was right.
I didn’t care what they were trying to tell me.
I had done the right thing.
I had done the only thing I could have done.
And that was, in my head, the right thing.
None else had been there.
None else had seen what I did.
How can they sit and tell me that I did wrong?
When they don’t even know the entire story.
