Oliver knew that he had done wrong. And he knew that he had to make it right.
But he didn’t know how.
He was walking towards the bar where it all started. Going there was the only thing he could think to do.
He had to talk with them, talk with the people he had wronged. Those he had hurt.
On the way there he thought about all the things he could have done differently so that he wouldn’t be in this situation, having to go down and try to make amends.
He didn’t want to do it, but Oliver knew that he had to. He knew that he had to try at least and make it right.
He could see the bar sign in the distance, and his heart started beating faster. Was this a good idea? Should I do this?
those thoughts went through his head as he stopped and considered turning around.
I could just leave, he thought. But a voice in his head told him that he had to go there. He had to try and make it right.
He walked up to the door and knocked. The bar was closed, but he knew they would be in there.
Oliver was so scared.
But no matter how scared he was he knew that he had to do it. He knew that he had to make it right.
That was the only thing Oliver knew that he had to do. But he didn’t know if talking was the right thing to do.
